Don't worry, we will make sure the picture is printed in the orientation of how it was created. The preview shown is for reference to the correct picture only.

When will my order arrive?

We will usually dispatch your order 5-7 working days from when your order is placed, however please be patient as we get busier this may increase slightly. We will ensure your order is with you in time for Christmas. If you need your order for a specific date, for example if you want to send abroad please get in touch so we can ensure your order is done with plenty of time!

My child's artwork is not online?

Please make sure your child did the artwork, if they did please give us a call on 01305 236111 and we will see if for some reason it has been missed or not uploaded to the website.

My child was absent and did not create any artwork, can we still take part?

If you can give us a call we can arrange for a template to be sent to you! We can only do this if you're going to place an order.
